The return period for any slide & swing product (with the exception of gift vouchers) is 15 days from the purchase in the Barcelona store, or from the receipt of the product, if the purchase is made online.

The product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition, without marks on the soles, and in its original packaging. For this reason we recommend trying on shoes on clean surfaces or carpets.

· Return in our showroom in Barcelona:

To return a product to our showroom, you just have to make an appointment and bring it in its original packaging, with the purchase receipt or the payment confirmation email, in case you have purchased them online.

The refund of the amount will ALWAYS be made through the same payment method.

In case the purchase has been made online, the refund will also be processed through the online store within 24 hours of its return. In case of making the return on Friday or Saturday, the refund will be processed the following Monday.

Online return:

First of all, it is necessary that you contact us at the email info@slideandswing.es indicating the number or reference of the order, the shoes you wish to return and the return option you prefer.

For the return of the shoes there are two options:

1. We organize the collection at the address indicated. From 10am to 1pm for national and Portugal pick-ups, and with time to be agreed for international pick-ups.

This service has a cost of € 5.95 for national and Portugal collections. And € 17 for international collections. That will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

2. You can send the product yourself through the mail or courier service of your choice to the following address:

It is essential to properly wrap the product to be returned, so that the inside of the package is not seen and it arrives in the proper condition.

 

IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED BY EMAIL, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PRIOR INFORMED.

 

IMPORTANT: Due to issues with customs fees and taxes for shoes returned from outside of Europe. No type of exchange or return is accepted on orders from these countries. Therefore, if you need help with sizes or other questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Gift vouchers are not refundable in any case.

Shipping costs are not refundable in any case.
